Hey....don't laugh...I was trying to model it after you...just kidding...I haven't perfected the it yet...kind of neat though that you can personalize yourself... Since I'm an IHT guy, my Avatar will change depending if I'm on the juice or not..

Avatar is a neat tool. Since it will help identify male/female since names are not so clear.

Indeed.
In my years as a live support group leader the average "observed" age of participation is in the low 60's. In this same years as an online support group moderator the average age of participation is in the low 50's. I hypothesize that will trend upwards somewhat as the digital divide wanes more. But with earlier screening and baseline testing I have seen what I believe is a slight drop in age in both categories. I now see more men in their forties than any other time in my seven years since diagnosis. In fact I was once the youngest in an online forum but today it is common for men in their 40's and, though rare, even 30's to join in.
If I were to have suggest something, this poll would have included an "Under 40" arm. But it was just a test of the discussion board services.

"Lest any doubt exist, I take my stand with my comrades with whom I have fought as well as I might . . . " Lest any doubt exist, my avatar is a comment on the "Pelvic Floor Dancing Wu Li (Kegel) Masters." It might also have been an image of the flashing "Fasten Seat Belts and Trays in Upright Position" light. Thanks. Cedar
