Online friend Dr. Richard Wassersug, from the University of British Columbia, wrote this fun tongue cheek look at the new drugs for PCa and the best way we have right now to rate them. For myself working in the cancer research field I really found his paper funny yet profound. We have a lot of research to do to find when is the best opportunity for a drug and on who may best be suited. Right now there is a lot of focus on translational research. With the genomic models developing among the various strains of prostate cancer, I think right now there are over thirty, it could possibly be that there are that many differing treatment approaches for each one. Thus the answer is "we don't know" to the question "What is the best new drug out there". But Richard does...have a look at the paper... Tony

Tony, I'm sure some of the decision tree is how the name brand might translate to other languages. Lets'play scrabble with the Welsh dictionary, so we can learn to appreciate the vowels in English!
