Attached here is a very useful guidelines for patients when they arrive on the scene. This is a great share for any newly diagnosed patient. These guidelines are from the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN).

Just my commentary: This is the best put together patient facing brochure I have see to date. But it cannot be assumed that patients will understand it soon after diagnosis of prostate cancer. I remember a lot of this came to me in spurts. I commonly get asked by a newly diagnosed patient what is good reading and they get this one from me.
