NCCN has published a new revision of its PC physician guidelines. I've only quickly perused it. Among the major changes to the 2014 edition: They've endorsed mpMRIs for Active Surveillance, the use of new PET radiotracers, endorsed docetaxel for high volume mHSPC, and added a very comprehensive section for CRPC. I'll comment if I see anything else that is radically different. NCCN 2015 Prostate Cancer Guidelines.pdf (1.34 MB)

Thank you Allen for this resource and for all you do.
We are knee deep in holiday crap but trying to get ready and come out swinging in Jan and this has been helpful. With all Paul has gone though I find myself re-reading and realize how stressed and traumatized I must have been- I know I have read lots of this stuff but no recollection of it and like learning anew.
Paul is now much more involved in research and learning now as well.
Hope all is well with you Allen, and you too Tony!
