The survey is a simple multiple choice review of how our lives are after diagnosis. It's designed to create suggestions to doctors about how to
help us navigate newly diagnosed and advanced stage prostate cancer as well as to see if there are different approaches to treatment for single versus
married/partnered men. The survey is totally anonymous...no emails are collected or even asked for. The results will be made available for all, for free, in late fall 2014. So, please go to www.surveymonkey.com/s/livingwithprostatecancer right now .... as Nike promotes, "just do it."
